This
is an agreement that allows you to hire a vehicle for a fixed
period without the option of ownership. Rentals cover both the
initial cost of the vehicle and the finance charges.
At
the end of the contract, the proceeds from the sale of the vehicle,
less a small administrative fee, are returned, in effect, a
refund on a proportion of your rental payment.
You
may wish to defer payment of a proportion of the cost of the
vehicle by incorporating a final payment in the rental. This
should be less than the vehicle’s anticipated residual
value at the end of the agreement and can be paid when the contract
is completed. |

Finance Lease rentals and residual values have been calculated
assuming the vehicle will have low mileage use over a 3 year
period. Finance Lease rentals and residual values are subject
to VAT @ 17.5%. If the vehicle is made available for private
use you can reclaim only half the VAT. Full VAT is reclaimable
on any service, maintenance or repair costs. |
